Do you ship outside of Las Vegas, NV?
Yes - we process and ship orders globally to all 50 states!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business day after your place it. When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information.

Why was my order canceled?
The shoe was either sold in store before online fulfillment and is out of stock or Shopify flagged the order as fraud.

What is your return policy?
Due to the type of store we run, Coveted does not offer not accept returns after purchase. Only case we do accept a return is if we shipped an incorrect item than what you ordered.

Are all the items you sell authentic?
Coveted sells only 100% authentic products. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have in-house authentication specialists who inspect all products that are taken in and put up for sale.

When will you get more of an item that is sold out?
Restocks of styles and/or sizes depending on the availability within our network of sellers. We Buy, Sell and Trade daily so we are always getting new inventory.

If an item says “worn” is it the same as in the picture?
Yes, the pictures on the website for worn items are of the actual shoe.

Do you accept trades or size swaps?
Yes, We do trades and we do offer size swaps if we have the size that you're looking for, prices for size swaps vary on market prices
